    Hi everyone,

We’ve had a few new members since I last did a shout out for Castle t-shirts (and I also need a few more to put on the list for the next order).

Hopefully everyone will have seen a few of us wearing the Castle t-shirts by now.
    They’re £12.50 each and a SMALL FITTING. (I’m in a ladies medium).

Those who already have them, can you make sure you’ve paid please.

To those who would like a t-shirt, can you message me (07900682226) with your details. I’ll check what we have in stock or add you to the next order.

People on the next order so far (just so you don’t think I’ve forgotten about you):
    David Pendlebury
    John Murton
    Fiona Johnson

    Thanks!
    Gemma

Just thought….For people to be aware of avaliable space in the club room; Geoff will have ~8 people in the club room between 7-8:30pm. I don’t want people to feel too crowded if there’s lots coming to view the library too. It may just be a case of turn up and assess the situation yourselves with the option of wearing a face mask and hand santiser.
I’ll miss this one but hopefully be at the next.

This sounds like the same route that I take my clients on for a geology tour around Castleton – lovely little route. Look out for the biodegraded oil on top of Windy Knoll – it looks like brown mud inbetween broken bits of rock but if you get close it’s sticky and smells like a newly tarmacked road. Enjoy! Gem

Just to make people aware this is at THE SAME TIME as Geoff’s skills share session on abseiling in the club room for anyone interested. This is at 7pm. (FYI – I’ve emailed potential members about this too).

[Strange how the club room is hardly used then all of a sudden we have a double booking]

Excellent reviews David the Librarian 🙂
Thanks for reminding us about the library! And not just maps and guide books by the sounds of it.

I’m happy to lead some Task Master style games for anyone wishing to participate – no knowledge required, or even common sense for that matter!
    I’ll bring any ‘props’ needed.

Do I have any more volunteers to pass on their mini bios for me to share on social media and let people know what kind of members we have???
It doesn’t matter if you don’t climb – we’re a multi-sport club! All ages & all abilities – that’s what we want to tell people.
A big thanks to those that I’ve recieved so far.
