Walk Saturday 10th June Bradwell Moor and beyond

Dear All
This short walk (approx 5miles + 690ft of ascent) packs a lot in – at a gentle pace.

Start 10.30 Roadside parking Old Dam end of Peak Forest GR115796

After summiting and enjoying the views from the trig point on Bradwell Moor the walk takes us to the spectacular Eldon Quarry (soon to be seen as a location in a TV series based on HG Wells ‘The War of the Worlds’). After that it’s up Eldon Hill for more great views before dropping down to look into the depths of Eldon Hole.
No cafes so bring your own drinks, snacks etc
