Given the latest weather reports warning of deep snow on Wednesday/Thursday I suggest we move the designated start point to the roadside parking by the Ladybower reservoir on the main A6013 road (below the Heatherdene pay car park ) at GR203858.That way if there is snow there would be a good chance of being able to drive there and back.The original start on the road below Baslow Edge would be highly vulnerable to being blocked.
I will review the situation given the weather reports on Wednesday pm and if it sounds bad enough will decide whether to cancel-SO WATCH THIS SPACE.
