Eighteen members parked around Hartington to start the walk passing, and using, the very convenient loos!
We dropped down into Wolfscote Dale following the river and enjoying a coffee stop on the banks. Then onto Biggin Dale before a steepish pull up Highfield Lane to admire the view and the cloud formations. A short distance brought us back to the centre of the village. An enjoyable walk of just over 6 miles.
Many thanks for joining me and especial thanks to those whose local knowledge proved useful in both the navigation and the choosing of coffee and lunch stops! You know who you are!
