About 7 miles through the most gorgeous bluebell woods, at peak flowering, sunlight shining through for amazing photos! Then to the most haunted house in the Peak district. And up onto the wild Eyam Moor. Yes , I have booked the weather, just for you. (Yes, I have just had a glass of wine after a good days climbing!!)
Park where you can in Hathersage, or get the train, and meet at 11am at the junction of the small road going to the railway station and the Hathersage-Grindleford road. G.R. 232811.
From here, Leadmil bridge, Callow woods, Highlow Hall, Highlow Brook, (dodgy bridge) ,Stoke Ford, trig point Sir William Hill, Eyam Moor, Hoghall and back. Cheers Linda.
