Is there a ride planned for Monday 10 July? By a happy chance we’ll be in the Wetherby/Tadcaster area over the w/e 7-9, so a contribution to the cycle challenge is a possibility for me on the Monday.

PS I’m trying to put on weight – does that mean I’m obliged to enter a negative number in the weight loss challenge?:)
