Cratcliffe Top Boulders is one of the best easy/intermediate bouldering areas in the peak. Lots of slab problems so excellent for improving your smearing technique. We also have the option of moving on later to Robin Hood’s Stride which also has some excellent easier problems in a magnificent situation. The Top Boulders are above the main Cratcliffe outcrop. Limited parking on the B5056 which runs from the A6 to Winster. Also on the minor road which runs from Alport to Elton where Robin Hood’s Stride comes into view. I’ll be at the Top Boulders from 4pm.
