It was great to see so many of you at the A.G.M. on Thursday. Many thanks to all of you for making the club so active.
A long and useful discussion was had on the topic of evening climbing meets, and the meeting decided to keep to alternating Tues and Weds in 2017. Simon Marks will help coordinate these, and Paul will send out reminders etc. Then we can review at next year’s AGM. So thank you to all who took part in the discussion.
Winter wall sessions were also mentioned but there was not enough time to have an in depth discussion. A lot of the climbers do go to the wall at different times, but there does not seem to be a club night. A group of us who go in the daytime are aiming to go Mon Wed and Fri lunchtimes, at Awesome Walls, so let me know if you want to join us. Maybe others who go on a regular evening, could also post a message for those who can’t make the daytime ones.
