Had call from campsite, as they are unable to open other field that weekend, they have said only smallish tents, no family size ones on our castle pitch, and campers, caravans to be booked separately. David and I have booked for our van, so that still gives us 10 places excluding us.
They are full almost, especially sat night but people do change their plans. It is £6 per person regardless. I have sent a deposit. It is important that you tell me if you want to go, and I will do a reserve list too. If you have camper or caravan or large family tent ring them on 01291 689257, Beeches campsite, and do an independent booking. So far Pete, Jane and Marianne have said they are definitely coming. Definite means paying even if you cancel, one night cost, unless a reserve takes your place, as the club have paid deposit. Others say they hope to, but these are not on my list yet.
