The club has booked the Oread Club hut at Rhyd Ddu below Snowdon for the week-end of 25th/26th February next year.
The hut has accommodation for 16 in 3 dormitories at a cost of £20 per person (that was the rate in 2019 when the booking was made and I have received no indication that it has been increased !).it has a drying room,comfortable lounge and a reasonable kitchen with access to Snowdon and the Nantley ridge from the front door.
Of course those attending would need to be comfortable sleeping in a dormitory in bunk beds.
The club is responsible for the cost for 16 regardless of the actual number attending.
Therefore ,to avoid a loss to the club, I need to establish if enough members want to come.
So if you want to attend the meet please let me know by the end of the month .If there are insufficient numbers I will have to cancel the booking..
