Start 11.00 am at the parking on Rod Side above Hollow
Meadows, grid ref SK 242 884, for a walk over Ughill Moor.
Distance just over 6 miles. There will probably be mud!

As Dave is walking the Ughill Moors on 2 November, we have
decided to change our walk on 9 November, so we are not
covering the same ground on two consecutive Thursdays.
Park on the road out of Castleton towards Winnats and
meet 11:00am near the junction with the old Mam Tor road
SK 145 829. We will walk up past Treak Cliff Cavern to
Winnats Head and continue to the Limestone Way and down to
Bradwell, returning through the cement works. Distance a
bit over 7 miles.
