Meet on road at SK 256 656 near Rowsley. Parking either there at the side of the road, or a little further on in the sports field car park, which did not have any restrictions last time we were there – SK 254 655. Walk does up and around Stanton moor and 9 Ladies stone circle and down to Birchover. Full length is about 8.5 miles, but there are a couple of options for shortening the route if desired / required.
NOTE: Due to being the school holidays and parking possibly rather busy, earlier meet time of 10 am, NOT the usual 11 am.
