Was it really a week ago, climbing challenge week has taken over! All agreed that first stage, Wildboarclough to Bollington exceeded expectations, with hills, ridges, interest- white Nancy and Teggs nose, and a cafe.
Second stage on to Whaley bridge had canal basin, Lyme park, and a final trog to the excellent Cock inn for a well deserved meal. 12 walked, and total miles, 21. Book seems to under record the miles, although we did have a half mile deviation…. A great day out, am sure some of you might have photos to post. Cheers Linda.
