A party of 16, including the unexpected meet leader , left Taddington via the only major hill on the walk. From here, we walked on the high plateau, with all round views. There was little shelter from the cold wind, so coffee and lunch were both taken huddled behind walls. The route finished through Flagg village and across fields back to the cars. A good day
