Snow White was astonished to see all 7 dwarves appear at High Neb and wondered why all the dwarfesses were in hiding? Someone who wanted to be a dwarf but was taller than all the rest when kneeling was allowed to join. He was even given title of Grumpy by proving this characteristic… Sneeze and Dozey were easily identified. A few competed for name of Happy after going across Bamford Moors will no bog in sight. Remind me never to walk this way unless there has been extreme drought.
New paths for a few, no boggy bits, some cloud to ease the heat and pleasant breeze on Stanage Edge. This was Frank’s first walk after his injury, so he was also Happy!
