Due to the limited number of members who have signed up for this week-end and concerns over Covid, I suggested we reduce the numbers to 8,but with each person paying twice the normal cost (to avoid the club incurring a huge loss) making a total of £40 each for the week-end.
We now have 6 and one probable !
I will leave it till this Friday (29th October) ,but if we do not achieve 8 by then I will cancel-hopefully early enough for the club to have its deposit returned.

Thanks for this.
Sadly this date clashes with the week in Scotland , which might contribute to the low numbers.
I would potentially be interested but can not commit in October to a weekend in Feb, especially if the weather is good in Scotland. …
