On behalf of the Castle Committee and Membership Team:
Please can we urge everyone who hasn’t already done so to complete and submit the Castle Membership Renewal Form for 2023, even if your details haven’t changed since last year? You can find the form by following this link: https://forms.office.com/r/F9X2yBL267
If you have already paid your annual subscription please can you still submit the form so that we can keep your information up to date? You will be asked to complete the form annually – but in future years you will just be able to confirm with a tick if your details are unchanged.
The reasons for this request are:
    • The committee and membership team are aiming to streamline the club’s membership process and communications. To do this we need a complete electronic database of all member’s details which can then be used for meets organisation, communication to members, renewal of membership etc.
    • The form provides us with emergency contact details which may be needed if an accident happens on a club meet.
    • It will also help with data protection and privacy as it will make it easy to identify members who do not wish to have photos and personal information posted on social media.
N.B. Some valid comments about the earlier version of this form have now been addressed but if anyone has other concerns about the form please let a committee member know. We are also aware that not everyone is comfortable with smartphones and electronic forms so if you need help completing the form please let a committee member know and we can provide you with help.
