Hi All
I forecast a lovely sunny limestone meet at Aldery Cliff, Earl Sterndale on Sunday 18th (hopefully). A good crag with a good range of grades and the shortest walk in ever. We may even get to experience a drink in The Quiet Woman …. if the landlord hasn’t gone to feed the chickens again!From Buxton head SE to Earl Sterndale via the A515/B5053. The crag is on the right-hand side of the road leading from Earl Sterndale to Crowdicote. Parking is available at the crag.
Or take B5055 from Bakewell through Monyash, turn right at Crowdecote signposted Earl Sterndale . Crag is on left through the gate. It is shown on maps on UK Climb and on the BMC site.
