“Mountain of My Fear” (Alaska), talk and slide-show by Roger Mear
The Fishpond (Ballroom), Matlock Bath
Thursday 21st March, 7pm for a 7:30pm start
This is an absolutely one-off opportunity, not to be repeated, to hear Roger talk about his experience of climbing in the wilderness of Alaska and putting up some amazing and frankly incredible first ascents. This is adventure climbing at its best and really is not a night to be missed.
Entry is £5 (free to DMC members) and donations are encouraged (bring some cash!). All proceeds on the night will go to Jon Shield’s para-climbing international competition fund.
All climbers, friends and members of other BMC affiliated Clubs are welcome.
