Providing the weather is reasonable – i.e. not raining all day – an all road cycle starting from the carpark in Monyash, via Over Haddon, but avoiding Youlgreave and Middleton, to Parsley Hay, Hartington (lunch), Hulme End, (Hulme End café closes Sunday), Longnor and back to Monyash. About 30 miles mainly on minor roads, with potential options to shorten or lengthen. Hopefully this avoids covering too much of the same ground as Dave’s cycle the following weekend – hence no High Peak or Tissington trail as mentioned today. So road / hybrids fine.
Meet 10:30. Pints of tea in Monyash at end.
