Hello All
Thank you all for returning your choices. I have put the choices in to a table which you can print out or download.
I may easily have made mistakes!! Your name coulld have been left off the list by mistake or not taken off . I may have put your choice in the wrong box! Whatever the issue, let me know asap so it can be amended. Final numbers etc going to chefs at the end of the week.
To all chefs, please keep a careful note on all costs for ingredients etc.
