This walk starts at Chinley Station ( Grid ref SK038826) takes in Chinley Churn, South head, edale cross, kinder low, options to return to edale via Jacobs ladder /pennine way ( 12.5 miles) or keep high and return via grindslow knoll to grinds brook booth and edale station. ( 13.5/14) .
Travel options ..
a. travelling by train Depart Sheffield. 9.14 train arr chinley 9.54. Depart Edale 16.32 arr Sheffield 17.05 or later one at 17.32
b. Park at Edale Station ( £4 for the day ) Depart Edale 9.47 Arr Chinley 9.54

Meet at Edale Station 9,40 Walk will take 6-7 hours including breaks.
