    BBq will be lit around 6.30, so cooking from 7.0-7.30pm
    We will provide veg/vegan bbq options to cook on our BBq. Plus a couple of salads. Bill will have some homemade bread.
    Also
    Sweets: Mary and Gill Doyle (scone or cake)
    Meat: Dave Crowther and Mike Doyle
    BBQ for meat: someone has said they will bring but cant remember who

    Contact Dave/Mary to co-ordinate meat/sweet (not meet/sweat) to contribute to them

    So we need:
    Another salad or two
    tomato sauce, mustards etc or whatever you like
    Tonic if you would like g&T. We have G and ice
    Own alcohol / non alco drink
    Bread baps, rolls, buns, barm cakes or whatever you call them if you don’t fancy Bill bread

    If staying in house/cottages please bring bedding /duvet covers.. All beds are currently made up but all have had one or two nights use from clean people. I leave it up to you whether you want to bring a sheet or other sleeping bag. I will provide pillow cases

    People coming and where staying (flexible)

    Top cottage no pets allowed.
    Bedroom: Dick and Line At present two non feather single duvets. At least two non feather pillows
    Sitting room floor / sofa: Pete and Jane if not house bedroom (see below).

    Bottom Cottage
    two single beds with single feather duvets and obscenly large sofa (no bedding for sofa)

    House bedrooms. Kingsize duvets, feather
    1. Mike and Gill Doyle
    2. Tina and Cookie if staying – if not Pete and Jane

    Office – bed settee – will sort bedding: Dave Crowther

    Camping or random floor space: (camping in field not very flat. Keep gate shut . Safe from horse but sheep may nibble

    I may have forgotten someone, sorry, but you are still vv welcome

    Warning: we are in chaos as just had builders
    Breakfast: we have eggs, bread, muesli

    Some camp chairs needed. Please take home unused food.
