If you see a middle aged woman wandering around the Peak fom Mon 29 Aug to Thurs 1 Sept with a large back pack it will be me. I am not lost but reliving my wander lust from 30 years ago . In my head this is still going to be easy but maybe not!! I am walking from home to 3 different camp spots. Itinerary as follows:
Monday – Home to Norton Lees
Tues – Norton Lees to Calver
Weds – Calver to Grindlow
Thurs – Grindlow to Hathersage then bus/train home.
I am eating out on Tues and Weds at local pubs. If you would like to walk part of any of this journey, eat in a pub, or just hang out along the way – all welcome.
