Zoom meeting re Future of the Club Room, and Tenure of Committee / Constitution

For those who cannot make the Thursday evening face to face consultation at 8pm in the club room we are offering a Zoom meeting at 8pm on Monday 19th September for which the joining instructions are below. John Barnard and Paul Embley will also be at the club room on Saturday at the end of the bouldering session and have offered to take questions then.
I realise that Monday is the day of the late Queen’s funeral and a Bank Holiday. Should you be unable to attend any of these sessions please email me your questions and I will attempt to produce a FAQs sheet with the approval of the committee.
