Hi All,
The Dales meet will be at Dent which is near Sedbergh.
The camping will be at Conder farm. 015396 25277 The site is basic but has Showers and hot water for washing . Dogs are welcome as long a they don’t eat my Porkchops again.The cost is £8.00PPPN. Tents and camper vans/ small motorhomes are ok. No need to book unless you intend to arrive in a large motorhome. hook ups are very limited. There is an alternative campsite a couple of minutes walk away. High Lannings farm has better facilities and can accommodate caravans. Booking is essential.
There are two pubs and a small convenience store in the Village
High and low level walking/Cycling straight from the campsite is possible.Nearest proper climbing would be Twistleton about 1/2 drive away.
Dent can be approach several ways. Some of the road can be a little bit exciting!
