Volunteers to help a psychology student understanding why we climb?

    See message below:

I am a third year Psychology student,
studying at Sheffield Hallam University. For my final year research project I am interested in the opinions of people who take part in outdoor climbing on the motivations, risks and benefits of climbing.

I’m emailing you to ask whether you would pass on an advertisement for my study to members of your climbing club if you think it is suitable? I have attached the advertisement to this email, and would be very grateful for any participants. The study would involve a small focus group of 4-6 climbers, over Zoom, in an open discussion about their opinions on risks, benefits and motivations of climbing.

    Many thanks,
    Alice Hunter
