    Meeting Ashford in the Water, usual spot by the church, and market cross. We head towards Bakewell, then a short walk by the river, before climbing up to the trail. Along to?Monsul head then across the fields back to Ashford. About 7 miles. Note there are 2 sections of main road walk.
