    Meet at 11am at the layby on the Rushup Edge road near
    near the southern end of the Roych Bridleway, grid
    reference: SK 091 825. The walk is via South Head, Brown
    Knoll and the “stone igloo”. Distance about 7 miles.

    We have decided to cancel our walk planned for tomorrow
    (8th Feb 2024) in view of the Yellow and Amber warnings of
    snow for the Peak District, and forecast travel disruption.
    Instead we will lead the walk on Leap Day (29th February).
