Start at 11am at the large car park about 200m up the road (east) from Cutthroat Bridge GR 216874. Initially on good paths, the walk involves a section of trackless boggy moorland before reaching the well-trodden path along Derwent Edge where we will hopefully enjoy some stunning views. The circuit is approximately 7.5miles.
We will be on access land but not always on rights of way and so at this time of year I understand dogs are not allowed, even on a lead. Apologies to any dogs affected. Fortunately, by chance, one regular dog attendee already has a prior engagement.
