This is a walk done last December which finished in a mild blizzard with white roads to go home on – we may have similar fun next week. There were only 3 of us last time (some Covid restrictions still in place), Andrew, John M and I, but as they claimed to enjoy the route, here it is again for others to sample – and maybe Andrew and John too.
Meet Redmires car park GR 256856 – also on road parking nearby . The walk heads to the conduit then via Moscar and Stanage End before reaching High Neb, then across the moor via Oaking Clough plantation back to the start. Approximately 7 miles and remarkably little uphill.
