Start at 11am from car park north of Thornhill where old railway line trail crosses road GR 197839. Route will go via Bamford Mills, upper Hurst Farm and Bamford edge and will include a stone circle and the beautiful holm oak woods. Approximately 6.5miles. All welcome. Can offer lift from Fulwood area.
