Meet on the roadside parking for accessing Gardom’s Edge on the minor road off the A 621 heading east (GR 280739).
The route will traverse close to Gardom’s Edge with a visit to a mystery archeological site (if the meet leader can find it!) from where the moors by Moorside Farm lead to chatsworth edge.After skirting chatsworth House itself the route then leads to Baslow and a bit of a pull to Wellington’s monument from where it is an easy stroll back to the cars.
Distance 8 miles.
