A 7 mile walk taking in some of the delights of the upper Don and industrial heritage of north Sheffield.
Meet at 11.00 am at Finkle Street Lane Trans Pennine Trail car park, near Wortley and to the right and back of the riding stables, GR SK 299 994.
Expect pockets of delightful woodland, babbling rivers, easy river crossings, optional high swing and some, perhaps unexpected, far reaching views. Mixed terrain and one or two short climbs.
Bring own lunch and refreshments although we may encounter a refreshment provider!
