    The more observant amongst you will have noticed that 2 different walks have been advertised for Thursday 16th [next week]. Obviously Mr Crowther is easily confused these days, claiming he can’t lead said walk, when it wasn’t his turn anyway!! [According to SWMBO Linda].
    Vanda’s post, replacing him should therefore be ignored and the original from Mr Warwick followed, as repeated below:

    Thursday 16th July walk.
    Meet at Bakewell Station for the usual 11:00am start. The walk will take in the woodland and pastures between Chatsworth and Haddon, returning along the river to Bakewell. Free parking on the road outside the station.

    Hmmm… sorry to have caused you inconvenience Vanda.
    I definitely had said probably to Linda some time ago, and had heard nothing to the contrary since, so assumed I was still down for the day.
    Sure it will be a good walk, hope you all enjoy it while I plod the Forth valley with Chirses 2.
