Meet Hope Station Gr 181833 for 09.40 train to Chinley.
From Chinley station we will ascend Chinley Churn and then bear eastwards to Oaken Clough and Edale Cross. From here our route will take us into the Edale Valley, and to Hope Cross from where we will descend to our starting point.
Total distance 15/16mls. Edale Station is an alternative starting/finishing point for those preferring a shorter route (see timetable on ‘Hope Valley Line’)
