Sunday November 29th Alport Castles walk

A walk with numerous variations starting from Ladybower and visiting Alport Castles along the way.
Maximum distance 15 miles, with shorter alternatives if necessary.
Meet at the first car park on the road towards Fairhholmes, at 9.30. GR187876 [possibly!]
Depending on numbers, we will need to leave one or more cars at King’s Tree to avoid a 5+mile road walk at the end of the day [Feel free to do it if you wish. I have before, but not this time!]
I’ll try to arrange who takes a car up the road beforehand if I know who is coming.
Bring your own rations, no cafes or pubs, until the end.

If you are thinking of coming it would be great if you let me know beforehand.
