Sunday 19th March – Dark Peak scramble.
9.30am, car park B6105, SW corner Woodhead Reservoir. 082,993. Free – room for 7/8 cars – car share advised. Ascend Shining Clough. Dark Peak Scrambles – route 13 – an ‘excellent route’. I checked it out a day after Doris, so it goes in the wet. Rope available to help anyone on the steeper scrambly bit – helmets optional. Bleaklow Head, descend Torside Clough. Any changes due to weather – I’ll send out another note on 17th. Geoff
