    The date for this has changed to 6th October. Due to the number of people interested in this trip we will have to to split into two groups. Group 1 will leave Marsden on the 10 AM ferry through the tunnel to the end point at Diggle then walk back. Group 2 will walk to Diggle then catch the 1 PM boat back to Diggle.

    The walk is no more that 7 miles but goes over some tough Pennine moorland terrain . The cost per person is £22.50 or 25.00 including a taxi back to the car for those who just want the boat trip.

    I want to get this sorted quickly so can people who would like to go even if you have already told me and let me know what group you would like to be in or if you have know preference, do so ASAP .

    Myself and jo would prefer the early one to walk back over the moor if there is room left
