As this walk is on Remembrance Day and will commerate 100 years since the ending of the First World War I have decided to change the walk to include an opportunity to pay our respects at 11am.
Therefore the walk will start from LANGSETT BARN CAR PARK AT 9.45.
This will give us time to reach the tiny c13th century church of St James at Midhopestones by 11am. Coffee stop included!
The basic route is around 8 miles, including a visit to North America!! It would be very easy to extend the walk if we wanted, but it will be November so fine weather not guaranteed.
