    Hi all
    Next weekend is the Northumberland meet. I have booked pitches for myself and Mary, Linda and David, Paul and Vanda, Josie and Leon and Geoff and friend. If anyone else would like to join us you can phone the campsite on 0143 4344243 and mention you are with the Castle Mountaineering Club or Helen Jackson.

    The cost is £9 per person per night whether you are in a tent or camper van but I’m afraid there are no ‘hook up’ facilities. The bunkhouse is £12 per night and there is also a charge of 50p per night for cars. Website below:

    Hi there Helen,

    We were expecting to come on this meet but I’m on the injured list, unfortunately. As I’m restricted to flat walking and low gear cycling, we’ve decided to give it a miss. Hope you all have a great time in this wonderful weather.
