Apologies for this slightly late reminder about the New Year’s Day walk that I am leading tomorrow, starting at 11am from the centre of Millthorpe [GR 317764] east of Owler Bar, with its convenient free parking space by the small village green. The length of the walk will depend on who comes and what the weather is like, but there will be lots of possible escape routes anyway.
I hope to see some of you there, knowing that there is also the usual Thursday walk on 2nd January.
