We normally run a new members meet for climbers at the climbing wall in September or October.
This has been a good way of recruiting new members. Gemma’s run this successfully for a few years, but is now stepping down from this role. Ideally it would be great if we could have a small team of 3 or 4 people running this. If anybody would like to take this on, let me know. I’m sure Gemma can give you advice on how it worked and other committee members can support you.
