Slight change of venue for the above but I don’t think it’s any further distance to travel. Meet at Strines Railway station which is between New Mills and Marple at 10.30am Grid ref 978 864. Two refreshment places on way the fox Inn and Cafe Two Strudel-Flavoured Mule bars (not sure that is correct!) 710m of ascent length 23K but maybe could extend if necessary, forecast good and dry.
