Recently I have had a couple of reports of Club members being
unable to log in to the website. This does seem to happen
occasionally on an individual basis. As far as I know there
has not yet been a case where nobody could log in, which
would indicate unambiguously a problem with the website.
Obviously I am able to log in at present to sent this
message.
Here are a few things to try:
Reboot your computer
Try a different browser if you have one, e.g. Chrome instead
of Firefox or whatever
Clear any cookies with Castlemountaineering in their name
(if you know how to do that)
Clear your cache (if you know how to do that)
Wait a while and see if the situation changes
In the Log in section, enter your Username and click Lost
Password to get a new one (which you should then be able to
change back to the original one; I haven’t tried this)
Continue to report problems to me. If there seems to be a
widespread issue, I will take it up with Digital Nomads
