Drainage problem by clubroom

Following Vanda’s message I paid a visit this to the clubroom this morning.
The chef told me Yorkshire Water have identified a broken drain somewhere which is the reason for the leak from the pub’s adjacent shed.Yorkshire Water are apparently going to repair the drain.
Meantime I had a good look at the drain by the club room.I took the grid off and manually removed mud and silt .I suspect it all needs a thorough clean out,(hopefully by the Landlord/Yorkshire Water),but in the meantime the stream seems to be emptying down the the club room drain.
I will bring a rubble bag to the club room tidy up on Thursday to clear away the leaves from the area to try and stop them building up and blocking our drain.
