Hi All,
I am planning a cycle ride around the Derwent/Ladybower reservoirs in the dark. Starting at 6.30 from the layby parking at the side of Ladybower,A57. I think the cars would be safer here than on the Fairholmes Road. Heading up the Fairholmes Road and round Derwent clockwise, popping out on the A57 near the cars. We could then continue over the Ladybower dam wall and along the side of the reservoir joining the A57 higher up. It should be suitable for most bikes. I will probably use a mountain bike. The more people turn up the brighter the ride should be. The track should be easy to follow in the dark, I think, well we will find out.
Please let me know if you are up for it. you will need about 3 Hours of lighting and a bit of reserve.
Anybody who has bought the CREE light from Aldi must attend!
