In the current fast moving situation Club members are advised to check and follow the latest government and BMC advice re coronavirus when attending meets.
Currently there are no known restrictions on outdoor meets. Indoors it is recommended that masks are worn and windows opened. If you do plan to hold an indoor meeting it is good practice to check with members first about their attitude to the risk. The views of those who do not wish to mingle should be respected and an alternative offered where possible.
The club Zoom subscription may be used for meetings providing that the convener notifies Dick (dickmurton@aol.com) in good time so that he can book the meeting and provide the login details.
Ideally club members would be fully vaccinated and using lateral flow tests to avoid spreading the virus but this is a matter for the individual.
