As previously posted the Castle Auction is back, set for Thursday 7th April at 8.00pm in the Clubroom.
The Club climbing equipment (harnesses & helmets) have come to the end of their allotted lifespan and have to be taken out of service and replaced, so we need to raise some funds to help with this.
Many members will remember previous auctions which helped fund various projects, the most visible being the giant projection screen in the Clubroom.
Now is the time to hunt out suitable items to donate. These can fall into 2 categories:
1. Simple donations to the club.
2. More valuable items where the proceeds can be split 50/50 between club and donor. If necessary a reserve price can be agreed.
I have already had a couple of responses but need plenty more. If you have anything suitable please get in touch and we can discuss collection etc.
Get those cupboards cleared out!! If you’re unsure about the suitability of anything, get in touch.
