Capel Curig – meet leader needed

The meet is at the North London Mountaineering Club Barn. Nights of 16th – 20th April.

We need a meet leader.

Not a tricky job – you need to:
• Promote the meet on the message board, and relevant WhatsApp groups.
• Ask people to pay when they book, and to tell you they have booked. It’s £10 a head a night.
• The barn can take 30 – a bit cosy. Suggest we limit it to 20.
• After the meet ask the treasurer to pay the full fee to the hut. Let the hut warden know how many nights we are paying for. We have paid £100 deposit.
• Set up a WhatsApp group for the meet.
• A week before the meet get the door access code from the hut warden
• Make everybody attending aware of any hut rules.
• Make sure the hut is left as the owners want it.
• On the meet, ask members to write down their emergency contact. Destroy this record after the meet.
